With experience spanning corporate, nonprofit and public-sector environments, Erika brings a balanced perspective that helps clients make informed decisions and move forward with clarity.

Erika’s academic foundation reflects both breadth and depth. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri–Columbia, where she developed a strong grounding in human behavior, motivation and cognitive processes. She continued her graduate studies at the same institution, completing a Master of Social Work, which equipped her with advanced skills in systems thinking, organizational dynamics and evidence‑based interventions.

Recognizing the importance of aligning people strategy with business strategy, Erika pursued a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Webster University. This dual-focus program strengthened her expertise in workforce development, organizational effectiveness and strategic HR leadership.

Her commitment to continuous learning and entrepreneurial excellence led her to earn an Entrepreneurship Certificate from Harris‑Stowe State University, where she refined her approach to innovation, business design, and value creation. She further expanded her leadership knowledge through the Organizational Leadership Certificate program at Harvard University, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge research and global best practices in leading teams, driving change and shaping organizational culture.
